Automatic refunds
If the scan fails on our end, or the repository can't be scanned (for example it's private, doesn't exist, or isn't a GitHub URL), we email you and refund your payment automatically to the original payment method. Stripe refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Free re-scan
Every report includes one free re-scan of the same repository, so you can check your HP again after fixing things.
Anything else
Not happy with your report? Email support@vibehp.com within 14 days of purchase and tell us what went wrong. We'll make it right or refund you.
